LI, WeipingExecutive Director and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. LI Weiping (李衛平), aged 47, has over 20 years of extensive management experience in retail industry. From September 2018 to November 2025, Ms. LI worked in Freshippo (盒馬) and served as the general manager for North China (Beijing) Region of Freshippo, the chief executive officer of the business group of Freshippo Supermarket (盒馬鮮生) and the chief merchandise officer of Freshippo, and she held office in the Freshippo president’s office before her departure. From June 2007 to August 2018, Ms. LI worked in Lotte Supermarket Co., Ltd. (樂天超市有限公司), and served as the legal representative and the general manager of the North China Region of Lotte. From July 1999 to June 2007, Ms. LI worked as procurement manager and senior manager in China Resources Supermarket Company Limited (華潤超級市場有限公司).
Ms. LI received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Information Automation from Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry in June 1999.
WAN, Desory YiwenChief Financial Officer
Ms. Desory Yiwen WAN (萬伊文), aged 50, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. She received a master degree from Oxford Brookes University, and has extensive experience in financial management and strategic development fields.
Ms. Wan worked in Yum! China, Gensler Design Co., Ltd, C&A China, Yiguo E-Commerce Co., Ltd and Starbucks sequentially, holding positions overseeing overall financial management.
Ms. Wan joined Alibaba Group in September 2019. Since March 2020, Ms. Wan worked in RT-Mart China as the Vice General Manager of Finance department. Since January 2021, Ms. Wan was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Group and General Manager of Finance department of RT-Mart China.
